The role and advantages of floor heating and mixing water center
When commercial electric water heaters are used in floor radiant heating systems, the mixing water center is an indispensable part of the heating system. The water mixing center is a water temperature control system consisting of a circulating water pump, an electric regulating valve, a ball valve with a temperature gauge, a controller, a temperature sensor, a filter valve, and a water collection device.
The role of mixed water centers
Commercial electric water heaters are used in floor radiant heating systems. The mixing center is actually a water temperature mixing device, a device that converts hot water with high temperature difference and small flow into circulating water with low temperature difference and large flow.
In heating systems where water floor heating and radiators coexist, the water temperature of the main water supply pipes is mostly above 80℃-90 ℃. In order to ensure the water supply temperature below 60℃ required by the floor heating system, the high temperature water must be cooled. The floor heating and mixing water center system can convert high-temperature central heating hot water into a suitable floor heating water temperature between 20 and 60 ° C, and maintain a certain temperature difference between supply and return water.
Working principle of mixing water center
Commercial electric water heaters are used in floor radiant heating systems. After high-temperature heating water enters the floor heating system, it is mixed with lower-temperature floor heating return water cooled by the floor heating coil in the water-mixed parts. The mixed water at a suitable temperature passes through a booster pump and enters the water separator, and then dissipates heat through the floor heating coil. The booster pump is used to provide power for the mixed water.
Commercial electric water heaters are used in floor radiant heating systems. The maximum water temperature of floor heating cannot be higher than 60 ° C. The general civil water temperature is 35~50 ° C. The temperature difference between inlet and back water is less than 10 ° C. The ground temperature in the personnel staying area is 24~26 ° C... At this time, the role of the central system of mixing water for floor heating is reflected: in fact, the floor heating needs to be mixed in this way. When the floor heating is too hot, it slows down and reduces the flow. When the floor heating is cool, it accelerates and accelerates the flow. Mixing water is such a role.
In this way, the floor heating mixed water center system achieves the ultimate goal of avoiding floor heating pipe bursting, extending floor heating life, protecting floor safety, and improving floor heating comfort.
Commercial electric water heaters are used in floor radiant heating systems. The advantages of floor heating and mixing centers are:
1) After using the water mixing system, the internal circulation of floor heating must adhere to a sufficient flow rate to prevent air clogging and impurities accumulation in the water. 2) The water supply temperature and the temperature difference between inlet and return water can be easily changed according to different user conditions to provide suitable room temperatures. 3) The floor heating mixed water center system can convert high-temperature central heating hot water into a suitable floor heating water temperature between 20 and 60℃, maintain the temperature difference between inlet and back water within a suitable range, and meet the needs of floor heating comfort and energy conservation.
